Description: The complete shop solution with many marketing tools and individualized layout. Customer billing and service are handled by the shop owner through an integrated invoicing module.
Application: Additional print sales, automated print production
Layout: Your layout is individually designed from a choice of modern, basic layouts.
Products: Individual selection from the PRINT 4 RESELLER range. Offer your customers the complete range of PRINT 4 RESELLER products or selected items you consider to be attractive for your customers. Offer your own products in the portal (with or without upload) and decide for each individual order whether you will handle production yourself or have it done by PRINT 4 RESELLER.
Special request: Your customers can submit special requests through the system. E-mail communication through shop owner.
Data transmission: Upload-Center
Data check: The Standard Check is free; the Premium Check (including feedback to the shop owner) is done by Kollin Medien for all P4R products and charged extra. Data check for shop owner's own products is done by shop owner.

  • Countries of delivery: Germany
  • Delivery to European countries on demand (see additional module: Euro Module)
  • UPS/ shipper for PRINT 4 RESELLER products
  • All own products are shipped by the shop owner
Return address: Shop, billing address, blind shipping (no address), other address
Invoicing: To customer by shop owner
Payment options: PayPal, DIRECTebanking, cash on delivery, advance payment, bank transfer, invoice, direct debiting, cash on pickup
Content Managament System/CMS: Editable cover page, 20 editable pages in current navigation, page content editable by shop owner, direct HTML editing
Customer management: Shop owner can edit customers' contact details and assign payment methods.
Order management: Overview of all orders incl. profits
Terms/ products: The prices of the Print4Reseller portal apply, plus your markup.

Integrated modules:

  • Mixed calculation: Markups can be individually adjusted to product groups by setting a minimum or fixed markup amount.
  • Invoicing module: ERP with invoicing, invoice management, customer management
  • Newsletter module: Automated design and sending of e-mail newsletter campaigns
  • Voucher module: Generation of voucher codes, voucher campaign management
  • Sales module: Statistics / monitoring of online shop visitors and activities, advanced customer management
  • SEO module: Technical requirement for search engine optimization, short URLs, advanced adaptability to content pages, etc.
  • Google Adwords starter package
Shop setup costs: one-time setup costs of 3.450,00 € net. (4.105,50 incl. VAT), plus monthly service fee (2% of the revenue from your products)

Additional modules
(charged at cost):

  • Export to ERP: Export to different ERP can be provided individually (e.g. Lexware) per CSV/XMLfile.
  • Adwords campaigns
  • Translation to foreign languages
  • Euro Module: Countries of delivery can be extended to all European countries, variable tax, variable currency.
  • Flat rate for self-produced orders: 99,- € net per month (in lieu of the 2% service fee to Kollin Medien)
Other: No minimum term, no monthly fees, short cancellation period (2 months).
